Bio

I’m a bioinformatics scientist at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where I help develop software to design ddPCR assays. Previousy, I was a computational biologist in the Strand Lab at UT Southwestern, where I used single cell and spatial genomics to understand the biology of the normal human lower urinary tract, informing investigations into diseases like cancer and lower urinary tract dysfunction.
